Nora Guzman was the absolute best to work with! We had a small room we needed new carpet in. Struggled with another company in Yakima just getting an estimate. Contacted Nora and not only was she super nice and professional, she had an estimate to me within an hour, room measured within a business day, and carpet installed within two weeks from initial conversation. Her and her team also helped us repair an older DIY mistake we'd made on the room transitions, and it looks wonderful! The installers did great and they were super respectful and kind. 10/10, do recommend!!

I called several places and looked online to try and match the flooring we purchased from Great Floors 10 years ago, as we wanted to extend it into the bedrooms. However, no one was willing to give me an estimate without coming to my home to measure or disclosing my budget. I then called Great Floors and spoke with Nora, who immediately provided an estimate and invited me to come in to look at flooring options.

I highly recommend Nora at the Yakima location! I have used her for numerous house projects and have been incredibly happy with the service we received. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy and is always quick to get the job done and to answer any questions. We will for sure go to Nora for all future projects we have as well.
