We got the water stopped, and then we called JRCC and they came out and helped us navigate the information transfer between our insurance adjuster and us. They did a fantastic job, and were super careful to not cause damage to anything in our home (by putting plastic down on the carpet) and they cleaned up after every days work so they weren't leaving us with a mess. The finish work is comparable of what you would expect in a custom trimmed out home. Which included the tile, the paint, the caulking.
