They are a very trustworthy company lori and Jeff are the best at making pets feel safe and feel at home when they go over to care for them. They don’t cancel on you their customers always come first in their lives. When they walk dog they will protect your dog from danger by putting themselves between the dog and danger. Once your a customer your a customer for life❤️
Our two cats had to be alone for 10 days. One of them gets stressed and hides when we're gone. Not with Cozy Critters and Lori on the job. My scared cat was happy and came out of hiding. My other cat enjoyed playing and having attention. We are really satisfied. It's well worth the peace of mind.
Update 2022: we still use Cozy Critters. Jak comes out of hiding and Luna tries to get tummy scritches. We appreciate you!
Cozy Critters are great with my animals. My animals love them, and I don’t trust anyone else to watch over my animals. Cozy Critters is my go too for taking care of my fur babies and I have a menagerie of animals too. My dogs love them, and my list of people is small in who I would allow to take care of my horses. I never have to worry about my animals in Cozy Critters care. Thanks guys. You are the best!!!
