Cory was attentive to my concerns about selling a lovely property in Wiley City. There were issues related to permitting and title elimination that were sticky and made the sale complicated. He helped me navigate through these and find a solution which resulting in a sale. I ended up doing financing for the buyer but it has worked out satisfactorily so far. I was able to get my price and avoid further complications with holding the property. I am very happy with his expertise and attention to the project.
