The customer service ppl were cordial however, I had a time line and they did not meet that timeliness, nor did they do what was advised by my insurance company. Results: I don't have my machine 3 weeks later, it will not be covered by my insurance; another 3-5k out of my pocket.
Apria Healthcare has been so helpful with getting supplies for my husband. He recently was taken off Hospice, which is a good thing! So, we had to switch all his equipment charges to our insurance company. It's been a rough ride, but Apria made this easier for us. Very professional company and employees.
