Until recently, my only experience with massage was in a spa setting, which was relaxing but I still left with the same knots I had going in. Then, somehow, I tweaked my neck and spent a weekend in severe pain. I reached out to Jamie, and she got me in the next day! It was immediately apparent as she worked on the muscles and tendons in my neck and shoulders that Jamie knew exactly what to feel for and how to manipulate things to release the tension. In 30 minutes, my pain level had decreased significantly and by the next morning I was feeling great!
