Would NOT recommend. Brought in a skeleton with skin dog and they were very helpful in returning the dog back to the owner who put that dog in this condition. Absolute zero compassion for this poor dog

Until recently I would have highly, and sadly did to people. But that has all changed. I was contacted by someone who needed someone to hold a found dog that was in very poor condition for a couple of days until a rescue could take the dog. I went to pick up the dog and saw with my own eyes a dog that was a skeleton with skin. I brought him to airport west and they confirmed that the dog weighed only 12 pounds and should have weighed 20-25lbs. They gave me medication to give him and said it was a maybe that he would make it. I brought him home and then went and spent $100 on easily digested food, special shampoo, crate and bed. Minutes after getting back from the store I got a phone call from the police and was told they were giving the dog back to the owner. I had to bring the dog back to the vet where the police officer would pick him up. I was enormously angry with the vet and told her so. She is now treating me like I am the abuser and told me to leave the dog and leave. The complete absence of compassion for this poor dog is disgusting. If they didn't want me to take the dog, that would have been fine, but to knowingly give him back to his abuser is disgusting. I have already gotten another veterinarian who agrees that how they handled this was wrong. She could have told me that this needed to be reported and I would have stayed there until the officer showed up. But they chose to deceive me and let me spend over $200 (vet and then supplies) and then accuse me of abuse. BTW, the owner had just reported the dog missing that day so it was obviously them who did that to the dog.

We had been going to this clinic on and off for several years with our French Bulldog. Throughout that time, we brought her in multiple times for ongoing symptoms. In our experience, her care focused primarily on X-rays, blood work, and antibiotics, while other causes were not discussed.
We repeatedly shared that she was stiff, hiding, and experiencing paw pain on and off for nearly a year. At no point were we informed that these symptoms could be consistent with IVDD, a condition French Bulldogs are known to be at risk for.
Even on the day we brought her in while she was still able to walk but clearly uncomfortable, she was treated for stomach-related concerns after an X-ray. Within hours of that visit, her condition worsened quickly and she lost sensation in her legs. When we later saw a neurologist, we were told that steroid treatment is considered an older approach for IVDD and that her condition had progressed significantly.
I’m sharing our experience to raise awareness for other Frenchie owners. This breed has very specific health risks, and it’s important to work with providers who are truly knowledgeable with this breed not just familiar with them. You are your pet’s advocate and know them best. If something doesn’t feel right or you don’t feel heard, do your research and seek a second opinion.

The front desk staff are very kind and welcoming. Although they are often busy, they always remain friendly and smiling. The fees may be higher than other places, but my pet loves this place and truly enjoys her boarding stays.

This is a wonderful clinic. Very compassionate, patient, and kind. Because of this, they can be busy. Hold times when you can in can be long. If you can be patient, you will be pleased with this clinic. We have received urgent care, fix/spayed, comfort care, etc. For our pets and have always been happy with the care provided. Prescriptions are filled same day which is very important to me and my pets.

Had to take my dog in. They seen him right away. The doc was very good and fix buddy up and I can’t say anything bad about this clinic. A-1 in my opinion.

I found a Bostin Terrier on a Saturday and I was able to take her here, right at closing, to have her scanned for a chip. They were kind and even took my name and number incase someone called looking.

Way to expensive. Never seem to get the same vet.

I have gotten my cat Beric into this clinic quickly for emergencies before. The staff has always been very helpful, quick, and kind. Today when I went in to have him euthanized I did not have an appointment or anything but they got me in right away and gave him the meds almost instantly. I am so grateful for their help and kindness. I would recommend this place to anyone. All vet clinics are expensive, their prices are in the same range as any other place I've been. I was beside myself with grief but my pet and I were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Thank you to everyone there ❤️
