Last night we had a issue with our Septic. The next morning on a weekend Ronnie came over took care of our issue. He took the time to educate about how to clean the septic filter, how the septic tank fully operated and even had a septic lid on truck to buy as the one on the septic tank was old. I will recommend them anytime.

First Call Septic arrived as scheduled. I was immediately impressed by the sharp, professional appearance not only of John & Justin, but their awesome pumper truck. They quickly took care of business while also sharing their knowledge and other useful information (this home is my first ever with a septic system so I had many questions about septic construction, operations, and maintenance). From scheduling, to the actual service call, to a follow up office call, all of First Septic's staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I even received an email a few days later with a copy of my receipt, inspection report, and photos. First Septic will definitely be my first call next time I need their service!

I called first thing this morning and Chris was at my home by 9am! He was very informative and promptly assessed the situation. By 1pm Ronnie was here to pump the septic tank. They were literally my first call and will have 100% of my business from this day forward!! GREAT JOB!!!
