Amazing work! I had these guys come out after I had called a plumber out - who told me my pump wasn't working and I needed a replacement along with my tank emptied. The quote I was given was $3,500 for the pump and $900 to empty the tank. First Call Spetic came out, did an inspection and told me my pump was FINE and I didnt need my tank pumped for approximately 4 more years. These guys were absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me (I greatly appreciate that!). Saved me almost $4,500! I couldn't be more greatful. I know exactly who to call the next time! 10/10 recommend!!!

First Call Septic came out this week and Jason did a great job. He was efficient and quick, in and out in 90 minutes. He quickly located and dug out the two septic lids, which were buried about 10" deep. Cost was reasonable. In fact, slightly lower than a second quote I was given. Jason asked if I'd thought about adding risers to bring tank lids to the surface so we wouldn't have to dig next time. He explained how I could do it myself, but also gave me a price quote for First Call Septic to do it for me. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.
