WARNING!!!Read other reviews and check the BBB.If I could give a ZERO star rating I would. 1 is the lowest and Reality Homes is well below 1 star. They are dishonest, slopy and poor communicators. They flat out lied on several occasions and tried to charge way more than even their own contract allowed for a change order. After I pointed it out to them, they fought me and still tried to WAY overcharge for raising a header in the garage. *Note* after much back and forth and fighting with them they did finally credit back some of the money. HOWEVER, my time is valuable as is yours, they will waste your time and money with no regard for either.We have all heard you get what you pay for. They were the least expensive option I could find so I expected some struggles. WOW, I would have paid double if I had known how horrible it was going to be. Sub-par work at every stage of the project. I am still struggling to have things fixed even almost 3 years after the CofO.I had 4 Project managers throughout the build, and each was trying to pick up the pieces and get up to speed with the project. The first was almost combative in nature and treated me like an idiot, even though I have been in the construction trades for over 20 years as an electrician, plumber, framer, and some concrete work. I will add pictures of just some of the horrible work they did, and subpar materials used.RUN AWAY!!!I have attached some photos, I have hundreds more of the horrible work. Unfortunately I don't have pictures of the pain and difficulty this caused. Worst experience EVER!

I was hired on as a Home Design Consultant, of which I am more than qualified for. Went on a 2 day business trip during COVID and due to flight delays was unable to get back in time. This was during the Christmas holiday and was visiting a friend in New Orleans. When I explained the situation to the boss that hired me, I was told that due to my absence and not being there, he had no other choice but to let me go. My character with my previous employers speaks for itself. From the start, put in 10-12 hour days, and was told that they conduct their business with honesty and integrity upon which I was excited to share my love and knowledge and pass down to my customers. I was not given an opportunity to defend my case, and was hung up on after I stated that perhaps this is not the place I should conduct business with. It's now clear from the customer reviews that this business is shady and unprofessional. I used to work for a competitor and put in many long hours, loved my profession. Due to difficult circumstances 2 yrs ago, and personal reasons, I left the company to focus on my mental health. Was so excited to have finally found a company, or so I thought, that was going to allow me to continue my skills and pass that along to my customers. Steer clear and tread lightly when conduction business with this company. I believe word of mouth travels far, and I will not shame anyone or any company, however, if someone asks about the company, I will be honest and let people know up front what kind of business they are running.

I recently shopped around and had an extensive conversation with a gentleman named Colin. He was polite, professional and down to earth. I'm a beginner and had lots of questions. Despite my ignorance in this process, he made me feel like my time mattered and that made a world of difference. Great service!

Robert Werner at the woodland office showed the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After I inquired about the floor plans and pricing Robert called me. I answered but since I live in a heavy wooded area the call got dropped. Before I could even call him back Robert left me an extremely rude voicemail and email accusing me of hanging up on him and that I was unprofessional. Horrible customer service!! Don’t waste your time or money with reality homes.
