This is an excellent gym for kickboxing, offering an intensive circuit training routine that includes a warm-up, high-intensity workout with 10-second breaks, and a final segment of kickboxing on the bag.
I particularly appreciate the weekday class schedules, which are tailored for those with busy lives. Coach West is patient and dedicated, providing great tips for improving form and maintaining intensity.
The gym's cleanliness is also a significant plus: Mats and equipment are kept clean, providing a hygienic workout environment. Unlike other establishments where the mats are not clean, this is a refreshing change.

Booked a birthday party. We had a fantastic experience. Master West was amazing with communication right from the beginning. He is good with text messages if you prefer that over taking on the phone. The location provided basic decorations and the party essentials. They set up and cleaned up after. The kids absolutely enjoyed the instructor lead session. The facility is spacious. We had enough time to cut the cake and eat food. The slotted time was perfect and we did not feel rushed.
