Starting in 2014, I started having trouble sleeping. By 2016, I was gaining weight, but losing muscle and bone mass. I was bruising easily, had large purpura on my arms and neck, brain fog, and no energy. It took several years of going to doctor's, including specialists, to no avail. They all told me they did not know what was wrong with me. Finally in 2020, I turned to Dr. Apfelbaum at Tree of Health. She was the first doctor to think to test my cortisol. It was sky high.
