I can not recommend Mandy highly enough. She is very thorough, and has several techniques available to reduce pain, heal, and balance your mind. Last time I was there, I accidently levitated for three days!

Mandy is the absolute best! I came to her after a car accident and COVID lockdown had caused injuries to settle in and persist and she was so thorough and patient and persistent in finding the spots that would continually crutch up and cause pain! She figured out where to release the muscles causing my hip to continually crutch up and got them to finally act normal! So much relief! I came back when PT and massage was unable to release my upper right back and she figured out it was my neck and the front of my shoulder causing the issue and was able to release those muscles and after a few more txs they stayed released! I am so happy to find another great local wellness center, and Mandy is incredibly compassionate, and experienced in understanding the individual needs of her clients. Like many, I walked in with years of sinus issues, as well as ailments from the new working from home lifestyle. I hadn't realized how much it has all caught up on me. I had some very specific requests, and she has been really accommodating to my questions, and generally taking time to understand me. While the thought of acupuncture worries people, it's actually fine, and Mandy helps to make it all a very comforting experience! She also uses different techniques which is great!
