Customer service is good and they do a good job of following up.

However i recently bought 2 pairs of prescription glasses and one of them was probably the most expensive frames. After 3 rounds of adjustments and store visits it still feels flimsy and my other one that costs 1/4th is more sturdy. Very disappointed with the quality and how they can’t get it right.

Very nice clinic and friendly staff! Was an easy and efficient process to have my eye exam completed and prescription filled.
