We had their team clean our concrete driveway and apron around our swimming pool. Every aspect of our interaction was positive and timely. Communication was immediate and superb. Our two-man team of Dillon and Santos showed up on time (a few minutes early, actually), did a walk through with me to make sure my expectations were the same as what was on the quote, then finished the job in just a few hours. I then had the opportunity to do an inspection before they left. The concrete looked great-they use a rotating scrubber that cleans much more evenly than a typical pressure washer. Great communication from start to finish. Efficient and friendly crew (Santos and Dillon). My house, porch and windows are clean. Reasonable pricing. I appreciated that the add-on to my original estimate for the house washing were much cheaper than the competitors, and done very well at the same time. I will hire them again.
Had a great experience with Rolling Suds of Seattle. They pressure washed our driveway and sidewalk and soft washed our deck, and everything came out looking night-and-day better. You don’t realize how dirty things get until you see it cleaned properly. I love driving up to my house and seeing things look bright and clean.
Santos was awesome to work with and super professional, on time, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. He also made recommendations for work we could do next time they come out. The whole process was easy from start to finish, and communication was solid throughout.
