I have been super-impressed with Progressive Performance coaching! Not only have I become stronger, but I have experienced less bodily/back pain since beginning. A very welcome benefit! Sessions are well planned and efficient! Tymber has been very attentive, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Worth every penny!

Place to work out. If you are looking for great trainers and a judgment free zone, you will love this place. Tymber and Sean have been amazing trainers and do a great job of pushing me to make sure I meet my fitness goals.
I never thought I would be a person who looked forward to exercising or going to a gym but the coaches and the community here have made such a big difference in my life. At this moment Coach Tymber and Coach Nathan are helping me get ready for my second Powerlifting Competition and I am so appreciative of their ongoing support and encouragement.
