* Appointment was scheduled within 24 hrs of initial outreach
* A cabinet door, showing edge wear from use, was taken to the shop and fully re-sprayed like new and advice shared on how to avoid this wear in the future.
* Matt re-inspected entire kitchen project, adjusted cabinet hardware, updated caulk as needed, and left behind product tips to streamline self touch-ups and cleaning in the future.
We were very happy with our remodeled kitchen when it was completed and very pleasantly surprised with the level of attention we received when reaching out for follow-up.

We had our 1960's kitchen refaced, a couple new cabinets built along with new countertops and black splash. The salesman did a great job helping us with ideas of what would work good in our small space. Trevor and Robert did the installation for us. They did a nice job. They had to do a couple repairs for us outside of the planned work. They took great care to leave the house clean each day, used their time well and the finish work was well done. We are so happy with the end result!! The only thing that we were not completely happy with was, when we asked the salesman how long the job would take. He told us they could do it in 2 weeks. The project engineer told us that it would take 4-6 weeks. It took 4 weeks to complete. In the long run we felt that 4 weeks was a reasonable amount of time, but that was double the time the salesman told us. We still would highly recommend Keystone Kitchens to our family and friends.

Not one for posting reviews, but keystone kitchens exceeded my expectations and they deserve the recognition. Susan and Josh were awesome helping design. Tim and Sean were great also and very helpful. The painter did an amazing job and last but not least Djafer was incredible. He did fantastic work and was professional and very kind. I highly recommend keystone kitchens and hope to use them to remodel my bathroom in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with Keystone on our kitchen remodel. We were looking for a company that could do both new cabinets and refacing to match, and they did a phenomenal job! From the initial consultation to the final finishing touches, the team was attentive, organized, and on-time.
The real highlight of the whole project was Trevor, our on-site project manager and installer. His attention to detail and strong communication skills made our kitchen perfect (and dare I say the whole project was fun? As fun as a kitchen remodel can be.).
We hired a general contractor to do some structural work in the kitchen ahead of Keystone’s work, and I honestly regret not just hiring Keystone to do it all. They have the in-house expertise and their project management is top notch.

For anyone looking for beautiful quality cabinets, make sure that you include Keystone Kitchens as one of your choices. We had Keystone custom design and install our kitchen cabinets and we are very happy with our brand new kitchen. Everyone we interacted with were kind and professional and the process from beginning to end went without major hiccups. Our installer, Jorge is a perfectionist and you can see that in his work. It was a pleasure working with him! We’ll definitely go back to Keystone with any renovation work in the future.

Our kitchen renovation was completed in March 2025, so this review is delayed. The Keystone Kitchen team updated our 2001 kitchen to a brighter, lighter modern style. We opted to resurface our cabinets, install quartz countertops and backsplash. Although I do not recall every team member's name, those I remember—Djaffer, Rami, Matt, Rene, Jorge, Tim, Dennis, and Susan—were professional throughout the project. From design, demo and install, everyone knew their role and did it with expertise! No project is without issues, however as items came up, they were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. The project was completed within the quoted timeframe, and I cannot be happier with my new kitchen. I love it every day!

I recently worked with Keystone to expand and remodel my kitchen. The house was built in 1955 and the kitchen was last remodeled in roughly the late 90's.
Even before I signed, David worked with me on the design, the materials and the budget. I'm someone who appreciates attention to detail and I was already getting good vibes. In the end, some of my biggest asks were:
-cabinets are too dark, which is made worse because the space gets little natural light, -the counter tops and back splash are dull and generic -floor tile are cracked. Would like to match the oaks floors in the living room -no pantry or storage space -the dining room area is being wasted, and the wall separating it from the kitchen prevents the refrigerator doors from fully opening
From the point after I signed the contract everyone I interacted with was fantastic; Steve, Sean, Tim, Alex. But a special shoutout goes to Lester, who was the main worker on my project. Lester is a man of few words, but that matters little to me if his work speaks for itself. And it certainly did. I especially appreciate when the team suggests improvements that I would've never considered, or that will save me from a future headache.
At the last stretch, I was getting nervous. So many contractors I worked with in the past didn't stick the landing, or pulled that 80/20 BS and disappeared before completing that last 20%. Keystone went strong all the way to the last day.
The only issue worth mentioning was towards the beginning. It took a few extra conversations to coordinate the flooring, painters and electrical. In the end, the biggest highlights were:
The amazing paint job on the cabinets The new pantry with pullout shelves Beautiful island with popup outlets 2 Wall to wall floating shelves Shiny new hardwood floors Must have under cabinet lights Gorgeous tiled backsplash
I love my new and I will spend the next few months keeping it obsessively spotless.
