Quality tailoring is expensive. Awful tailoring costs a fortune. I asked for two holes to be patched, and to add a pin roll to the leg opening of two pairs of slacks. This business did not do the pin roll, and charged me $92. Do not support this place.

I love taking my clothes and duvets here. They do an excellent job with the cleaning, the service is great, the prices are reasonable, and the guy who attends is friendly.

I'm always happy with the shirts, but my customer service experience recently was great.
I realized 5 minutes before close on Saturday that I needed my shirts for a flight on Sunday. I called and without hesitation Luis offered to wait for me to drive 15 minutes there. I pulled up at twelve minutes after Jubilee was supposed to close. Luis greeted me with a smile and my shirts. He said he is always willing to stay a bit longer as long as folks call to let him know.
Tip to management: fix the tipping on your tap to pay point of sale! I paid with my smartphone but it failed if I tried to apply a tip. Again with a great attitude, Luis said it often doesn't work with tips but always works without tips. He punched in "no tip" and it worked. I wish I had had cash to give him because he deserved a tip!

I’m so disappointed in the Jean alterations I had done here. The woman seamstress took forever (2 months) and the quality was terrible. I didn’t mind the long lead time as much, because I did say I wasn’t in a rush but I certainly didn’t expect two 2 months. I was hopeful that because they were taking so long that the quality would be good. These were my 2 new expensive pairs of jeans I bought this year that I never and will never wear. It’s especially worrisome that they advertise wedding dress alterations. See photos. They didn’t line up the original seams, didn’t match the original sewing method and didn’t even bother cutting the excess string on one of the jeans. Terrible!!

Pretty good for dry cleaning and decent turnaround time. Posting their prices for future reference if you don't want to bother calling. Prices aren't exact but close enough and there are minor discount for multiple items in the same category.

Do not go here for alterations. I'm sure they're an acceptable dry cleaner but I came in to have my pants turn into skinny fit and the guy said repeatedly it'd be too tight the way I say I want it. So I say okay sure let's trust him. I get the pants back and I'm swimming in them there's enough room for my gf and I to both wear them so instead of trusting me I now have to go to another tailor who hopefully knows what they're doing
