I have been in to the Woodinville location 5 times now and they always take care of me with the best customer service. You can't step in the door without being greeted, the sign-in process is easy and you get a free drink when you leave! If there is a wait, they will text you when you are next so you can go do some shopping or eat at the businesses near by.

Vito is my barber of choice he is very communicative to be sure you get what you want every step of the way. He also cut my son's hair, who just turned two in January. I have posted pictures of my son's before and after. If you or your child needs their hair cut, Vito is your Barber!

Went in for a clean up and low fade as my locks aren’t growing like they used to and Vito did an amazing job making me look clean and balanced. He and the other barbers are very welcoming and the environment allowed me to just chat and enjoy the experience!

Got an incredible transformation cut from Nathan. Extremely skilled barbers, complimentary beverages and a nice atmosphere, I will be back.

Waitlist system not working properly and they know it. Taking customers out of order without checking if others in waiting area were checked in first is unacceptable.
