It’s 12:30 pm I just got off the phone with a lady I don’t wanna share her name but believe me I am going to mention it to her supervisors.
She Picked up my phone call and helped me!!!!!
And when I say, helped me, I genuinely mean it. What I mean exactly is I was trying to get into contact with someone from the billing department. They weren’t available at this time which is OK by me i get it it’s the holidays understandable and it’s a Saturday.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Faison for several years now. Dr. Faison and Sheila (his nurse/medical assistant) have gone above and beyond to help me with my medical issues; not just once, but on many, many occasions!!! They are the best!
Jonathan Farrell is amazing. He listens to what you have to say. He cares about what your telling him. If it is important to you it's important to him. He don't rush you through anything. It was refreshing to find a doc who will listen to you and give you the time you both need to address everything but you can feel good knowing it was all addressed before you left
