“The roof of my garage was completely rotted out; water was seeping through and leaking on family memories and even water damaged some of my most treasured family photos. Losing my father in 2025 put me and my family in a drastic financial predicament which forced us to unfortunately lose focus on our garage roof; Jake, from Black Diamond came out and took a look at our garage roof, told us, he’d see what he could do (mind you, I lost my father this year and since then, me and my family were financially struggling); he was able to do my ENTIRE garage roof for no cost. I’m at a loss for words and me and my family can’t thank Black Diamond enough. They came at 7-7:30 am, the second they arrived they got to working, left for work at 9:00, by then the garage roof was already stripped! Left for work and my mother gives me a call at 2:00 saying “They’re done!”. My garage is about 700-800 SQFT (my own guess). They finished the garage roof, it looks beautiful! I don’t have any pictures at the moment since I can’t add them to my review but me and my family are just shocked and in disbelief that such a generous company like Black Diamond would come out, and do this for us, we appreciate you Jake and your team so much! Thank you guys! Wish I could of saw the entire process, saw the beginning and the end product at least, it’s beautiful. Again, thank you guys so much for everything you did! You guys rock!“

“It's a great scale a bit pricy $15.00 I believe you get one re-weight free I could be wrong since I had to go get re-loaded for over weight on drives back at Lineage took them 3hrs, went back to the scale and had to pay another $15.00 that's the only down side about it. Also make sure to weight each axel at a time pull steers on first stop at 1st stop sign, pull forward to 2nd stop sign then stop so it can weigh your drives after that pull forward to 3rd stop sign so it can read your tandems after that stay put for a bit and should give you ur gross weight after that pull of the scale and get your weight ticket at the machine to the side and done.“

“EXCEPTIONAL service!!! We had a service and cleaning performed on our gas fireplace. It had been some time since servicing and needing a good look over to ensure everything was in proper working order.

Francisco arrived promptly as scheduled, was incredibly polite, professional, and educational. He brought his own floor coverings and was very diligent about protecting working surfaces. Would recommend him as a service technician to anyone! 10/10“
