I've been here a few times after work, and overall it's a solid gym with plenty to offer. They have a lot of equipment, tanning, red light therapy, showers, and restrooms, which makes it a convenient place for workouts and recovery. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever they are available. My main issue has been with reception not always being staffed during the posted business hours, which can be frustrating when arriving in the evening. Iv been Coming to this gym for at least almost 2 years great gym. Great equipment, has everything a gym needs and also showers and etc. old school gym always suits me than newer equipment as long I get my workout In Thats all it matters. I gave this gym a 5 star and

It has every type of strength equipment that planet fitness and worx does not have and it meets all of my requirements for my pro card in the coming years! Just needs a better back row machine and 100lb plates 😎 there’s plenty of strength machines at their strength focused rooms. No classes like the other gyms that makes you pay extra. No, you’re here because of strength and physique. Parking is the only negative so I hope that issue gets resolved with the dealership next to tap n putt(sorry) . Splendid
