The group that sells glasses is very slow; customers are required to wait in two different lines (one line to check in and another to wait for someone to talk to). Wait times are excessive and you cannot make an appointment.
Turn around time for eye glasses is excessive in my experience:
I was told it would take 1 day to install lens in frames; I called after a week and they told me someone would get back to me 'within a week', not acceptable. If you are willing to wait, the products offered are good quality and they will make minor adjustment at no cost, however the prices charged are above average and significantly more than on line glasses of similar quality.

So, I had serious problems with an intraocular lens dislocation Dr Skale, was absolutely a godsend very professional, very thorough, and very likeable I would recommend him to anybody anytime anywhere, God bless Dr David Skale! P.S. the surgery he performed was a success and I'm very grateful.

I understand the negative reviews now. I tried calling to make an appointment and kept being put on hold several times, and the next few times they would pick up then quickly hang up!
