Friendly, efficient, helpful and modern with up-to-date tech. Dr. Sarah Krause was informative, efficient and thoughtful, and the machine that scans your retina without the need for dilating your eyes makes the whole experience an easy in/out/go about your day kind of a thing. The entire visit took just over half an hour or so.

UPDATE. After posting I received a phone call from one of the owners. Their level of customer service exceeded my expectations. Of course they refunded the money, but that never was the issue, it was the process. I truly felt they heard and understood my concern and will make changes based on this interaction. Honestly, what more can you ask from person or business? Hear the concern and address it. The way they handled it now has changed my opinion of what they’re doing here.BEWARE. They didn’t tell me about a “contact fitting fee” at any point in my yearly insurance provided eye exam and when I left with the same style of contacts I’d been wearing I questioned...read full review
