Darlene was extremely patient (spending a lot of time and effort going behind us as we so easily toss this frame and that into the receptacles), as well as informative and helpful, making sure everything was just right regarding the positioning of the reading lenses on my bifocals. Today I went to pick them up. Annette, whom I dealt with last time, was also very helpful in adjusting my frames, ensuring they were aligned on my face. Regarding the last time, I went back to her on multiple occasions to get it just right, only to ultimately go against her trained opinion, as if I knew better, arguing with her into submission and having my prescription altered, when finally getting it and coming home, I immediately regretted it, but I was not about to go back and hassle Annette for my mistake.
