They've become so much better since my initial review, but their in-store return policy for returning online pickups is a mess. There's a real shortage of staff on busy weekends, but they're always happy to help with whatever you need and always have answers to any questions you might have. Special thanks to Cat.

Sierra the manager was such a huge help when I came in with my really expensive broken hairdryer she made such a disappointing situation into a really happy one! I so hope she sees this!

Went into the store with a friend. It appeared well staffed with friendly, knowlegable people. My friend was attended to quickly and was able to try on different samples till finding the one that was liked the most.
