My husband and I are beyond thankful for Randy and his services. He provided extreme detail on every part of the inspection. Randy would explain to us what he found each time he inspected an item. He took his time and was very meticulous to ensure he was providing us with his absolute best. This was our second inspection, as our first inspection was a complete failure. Our previous inspector completed the entire thing in a lunch break, while Randy did not look at the clock at all. Instead, he focused on the task in front of him. Showed up on time, very friendly, answered all our questions. Found some things we were unaware of which we appreciated. We would highly recommend Randy for anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable and has the experience to do a professional home inspection.

Randy provided a thorough inspection, pointing out and explaining all issues he found. The report had pictures, descriptions and a severity rating which was helpful in deciding what I wanted to ask the home seller to pay for. The report was received the day after inspection which was very timely as well as Randy’s availability which was within 3 days of me calling to schedule. I definitely recommend to any buyer.
