As a realtor, I have had the privilege of seeing Randy in action both on buyer's homes, and also on my own purchase. He is thorough and knowledgeable, and I know I can count on an inspection done well.
Randy was professional and thorough in his inspection of my future home. His report detailed everything he communicated verbally during the inspection to me, gave photos, notes and recommendations for who to call for service to aspects that need attention. We are trying to close on the home salevin a matter of weeks, and Randy had prompt availability to meet for the inspection, and excellent communication before and after. I could not recommend him enough, and will certainly pass along his information to anyone I know needing a home inspection!
Randy did an excellent job with our home inspection. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything he found in a way that was easy to understand. The inspection report was detailed, well organized, and included photos and clear recommendations, which helped us make informed decisions during the home-buying process.
I also appreciated that he was patient with our questions and made sure we understood both the major concerns and the routine maintenance items. I would definitely recommend Randy to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy home inspector. Thank you for your excellent service!
