Pipeology was the vendor chosen by our home warranty for a plumbing issue. I was initially concerned because the company was over an hour and a half away from my home located in Central Texas. However, Brandon was an excellent communicator and scheduled a visit to take a look at our issue very promptly. Brandon was really awesome. I was called back immediately, he came over very quickly and helped fix our water softener which was a daunting task due to the equipment’s manufacturer. He also took time to answer all of my questions. Thank you Brandon!

Brandon is punctual and fast at answering my calls anytime I have had a plumbing issue. He has been the only plumber I have used because of his attention to detail and his knowledge of how to fix the issue at hand.If you are looking for a plumber to do the job right the first time and someone who is very fairly priced, he’s your guy.
