This was my first time at Great Clips in Wenatchee and I will be returning the next time I need a haircut. Alma was my stylist and did a really good job, understanding what I wanted without a lot of explanation. I had been going elsewhere and paying double what they charge. I like the online booking so you can go when you are out and about and time it for when they’re not busy. I had a very good experience. No frills, no waiting, and on my way without wasting any time.
Did a great job with my hair I love my new cut
Walked in om a Saturday mid morning because I tried to cut my own hair and it just needed a little more help. I wasn't expecting to get in, thought it would be packed but I guess I had showred up at the perfect time! IDA came to the counter, I told her my situation and she took me right to the chair! She was so sweet by telling me what a great job I did and saying that she just is going to touch up a few spots! I really enjoyed talking to her and as she was cutting she was explaining to me how and why she was cutting or using the shears! I was in and out and she just made herself a new client by being a lovely person/employee! =) Thank you Ida!
