I am again, writing an updated review to discourage anyone from using Appleland. We recently sold the house that I mentioned in previous reviews. The inspection done upon this sale (by a different company) was so in depth that I am certain half of the findings were residual from when we purchased it. Because of this we took a huge hit to the final sale price of the house. I would urge you to look at the other reviews at the bottom of the page that Yelp claims are "not recommended" as they paint a similar picture to what I have described. The moral of the story here is to not go with Appleland as your home inspector, you will live to regret it!
