What a joke of an experience I had. Made an apt here and drove more than an hour away. Get there, they say they require masks during the session while facing down and up. No problem! Masks don’t fit that well while your face is shoved in between the cradle. 15 mins pass, Chloe suddenly says “i have to stop the session early” and rushes out. She stopped it with no warning because the mask slipped a few cm under my nose. After that, she had the audacity to ask for $35? Horrible time, ruined my mood for the night and maybe the week. Nowhere do your policies list stuff like that so be more clear and stop spazzing over the mask (I am also vaccinated).

Incredibly expensive for only 20 pieces of equipment. To cancel you have to pay half of the rest of your membership. $54 a month is absolutely insane. How can you expect anyone to recommend this gym when other places are only charging $10-$20 a month and have 2x the equipment. Half the time you can't even use what you want because they do not have duplicates of anything other than the elliptical and treadmill. Was told to either freeze my account, pay the $200 to cancel it or try to find someone to take it over. Will not be recommending this gym to anyone who actually wants a good caring gym.

Beware if you don't want Covid. There is no mask requirement. Further, there is no testing or requirement for the display of vaccination status. Response has been their clients can't breathe if masked. There are cleaning supplies throughout the facility & that should be enough.' I'm

Love this place.. Ive worked out in so many different gyms all over the US and I have to admit, this has to be one of the nicest fitness facilities I've been in. In fact, being from Los angels this gym rivals even some of the very best training facilities we have there. The equipment is top of the line, modern and organized in a way that makes your working out time efficient. Unlike the huge gym chains, there are real people who own this place and actually care about you the client. They are are very down to earth and extremely accommodating. If you're looking for a place to exercise look no further.
