Always amazing service! Alexis and Jasmine are kind and knowledgeable when talking about products. The team always goes above and beyond with customer service. I feel like I learn something new each time I come in! Thank you so much girls for helping me!

I have been going to this location off an on for years. Today when I came in Alexis went above and beyond, I asked about the free month since it had not been put toward my account when I signed up (I just decided to start tanning again after a year break) She spent the whole time I was in the salon reaching out to higher ups to get it fixed. Unfortunately I came in after they had gone home for the day, but she reassured me she had left voicemails along with sending an email to get it fixed. She offered me nose plugs, chapstick, a hair net and a hair tie and eye covers. when I went into the spray tan booth, I have only ever been given a hair net. I told her I didn’t... read full review
