The doctor was super nice. I was here quite a long time for what we were being seen for but no big deal. The tech seemed a little short when I asked a question and she told me she had already reiterated this. She could learn to explain things a little better and slower for the amateur. And people are stressed when they come in for emergencies. Received a quote. Seemed relatively fair. My dog was perfectly behaved. It was her first vet visit in a while so it was a little scary and she hadn't been to this place. They were nice and patient with her.

We are visiting the area and my dog had an eye issue. Not being from around here and trying to get into a vet that you are not established with is extremely hard. I called orchard hills and they were so professional and kind and worked to get my dog in to be seen. The facility is super clean the staff is absolutely amazing. If we lived closer this would 100% be my vet.

We were recommended Orchard Hills by another vet clinic to perform a TPLO surgery on our dog. From the start we had a great experience, they got us in as quick as possible for a consultation and within 5 days he was getting the surgery. Dr Bargar walked us through the entire process and listened to our concerns, helping us figure out solutions and put us at ease. The day of, they were compassionate and helpful, giving us updates post-surgery and excellent post-care instructions as well as a phone check up the next day. Great work by everyone there.
