I want to be very clear that this review is specifically about my recent experiences with Megan and not the rest of the staff at Claws & Paws. The staff members I have interacted with have always been wonderful. During my dog's most recent visit, Megan was unavailable, and he was treated incredibly well by the staff and the veterinarian who saw him. I unfortunately did not get to meet that veterinarian personally, but based on the care my dog received, I was extremely appreciative.

I am always grateful to feel like we are in the best hands with this crew. Patient, kind, so good at listening, and so good at helping us understand. They always take good care of our fur family, and some how made time for us when we needed a same day consultation. We used to live in Troutdale but we come all the way from Portland because we love it with Paws and Claws.
