Service Tech Sam was awesome! He figured out the main issue and fixed it but ran a couple of tests and identified something with our a/c unit that would have caused problems down the line. All done within 8 hrs of me calling in.
Experts Tech James installed three cumo clouds to make our Mitsubishi ductless able to be controlled with a phone app. Makes it a breeze now to change the temperature for the whole home.

I highly recommend Experts Heating and Cooling. My heat pump stopped functioning, leaving me with no AC during the summer heat. My home warranty company sent Experts Heating and Cooling out to do the repair and Ricky was very pleasant. I needed a replacement part that had to be ordered and shipped so it took longer that I had hoped to get it repaired, but that wasn’t on them. Brittany was great at keeping in touch to let me know when the part shipped and Ricky worked on his day off to get the repair done before another hot weekend.
