I highly recommend Experts Heating and Cooling. My heat pump stopped functioning, leaving me with no AC during the summer heat. My home warranty company sent Experts Heating and Cooling out to do the repair and Ricky was very pleasant. I needed a replacement part that had to be ordered and shipped so it took longer that I had hoped to get it repaired, but that wasn’t on them. Brittany was great at keeping in touch to let me know when the part shipped and Ricky worked on his day off to get the repair done before another hot weekend. Requested follow up from a previous visit, technician informed me when they were on the way and showed within the arrival window. They performed a more thorough inspection and identified problems beyond the original inspection that were a direct cause of the first issue. Follow on repairs to be performed.
