I love this place. Jess is an awesome trainer who cuts me absolutely no slack. Dang you Jess! Very friendly atmosphere, but not a lot of socializing - meaning this is the place for a serious workout.
Exactly what I needed!A gym that focuses on strength training!This isn’t Planet fitness or LA- and I mean that in a good way! No constantly waiting for machines or bad customer service.These guys are a legit strength training gym but with the heart of a small business!The owner was awesome - gave me and my buddy a tour and got me quickly signed up!Everything is very straightforward.If you’re looking for a strength training gym with an awesome community behind it, this is the place for you!Go check it out!-Ian
