I was a customer here for decades as were those a generation above me. I give it one star for Dr Teresa because she was always very compassionate to me and my animals. One of the missing stars is because the tile is very slippery and it's a vet's office so one would expect an animal having walking difficulty might come in. Which happened to my dog. It made it very difficult and he could not stand once he got on that with his bad leg. It was like he was on the ice. I've had other dogs slipping that didn't have his condition. Just something that should be considered for safety. It could be textured and still be easy to clean. The other three missing stars are for Dr Davis and Lynn Green. Quite a few years back Dr Davis was told ahead of my appointment that my dog was not stranger friendly. All we needed was a rabies shot and I muzzled him and harnessed and held him against the corner while she did it. Then she made a nasty comment about his behavior. I was his 5th home in 9 months of his life so he was traumatized. Then Ms Green responded to my Facebook post about my experience and she posted some of my personal information from my file that no one else was privy to into a Facebook group comment. I never went back there because of both of them. It's too bad because Dr Teresa is a sweet person. But those two were very unprofessional. And sharing personal information from my file is illegal. I don't know if either of these two people are still working there now but at the time I didn't know about doing Google reviews. I think it's important if you want to protect your information and if your dog has any special needs you may want to think about which vet you choose. I had taken probably eight dogs here of my own and they had taken care of a lot of cattle for us over the years before this experience that changed my choice in vets. I will say that the post about my experience garnered several other negative stories and messages were sent to me at the time from people that had bad experiences.

This is the only place we trust to take care of our animals. Everyone is so caring, and we appreciate everything they do. They try to keep things affordable which is so helpful. Highly recommend if you’re in need of a great veterinarian office.

I was stressed about choosing a vet to take my new puppy to and so happy that I ended up here! Everyone that works here is so sweet and you can tell they all adore animals. Dr. Snowden was wonderful with Chai and answered any and all of my questions. Definitely keeping my baby here for primary care!

This is one of the BEST Vetinaries for Top rated Vetinary Animal care in Clark County! We have been a loyal customer here for over 20 years and loved the previous owner! My wife highly recommends these guys to anyone who loves their fur baby's like her! My wife has developed many friendships here with the wonderful people who work here and speaks quite highly and fondly of all of them!!! Unfortunately we are moving out of state and won't be able to continue going here soon. But while we are still here we will enjoy it while we can.

My dog had a large sarcoma surgical removal this year by Dr. Snowden and we can not thank him enough for the amazing, miraculous results. The entire team is genuinely caring and passionate about animal health. My dog also had dental surgery this year here which also went perfectly.
