I went in for my appointment yesterday with Deja and I'm so happy I did! I had no idea what I wanted, I just knew I was tired of my natural color, I had greys coming in that I hated and split ends. Deja was so welcoming, she knew just the right questions to ask and she made me feel comfortable the whole way through. She was constantly checking in to see if I was getting what I wanted or if I had any concerns, which is such a big deal when I myself didn't have a concrete plan of what I wanted. I was very nervous at first because I wanted a big change & wasn’t sure how the outcome would look. Alexa was my stylist and she made me feel comfortable and secure! We did over the phone consult the day before through text & she asked me all the questions to get to know my hair and my wants. She reassured me many times that the look I was going for was so me and would make my eyes pop, her & the other stylists kept hyping me up with the cut and color. I recently had my hair done by Alexa Anderson, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I sat in her chair, she was warm, personable, and incredibly easy to talk to. She took the time to set realistic expectations about what we could achieve in one appointment, which I really appreciated.
Not only is she reasonably priced, but she is also genuinely kind and made the whole appointment enjoyable. And the best part — my hair turned out amazing and actually exceeded my expectations! I left feeling so confident and happy with the results.
