I have delayed trying acupuncture because I am scared of needles but dealing with long term stress that was building in my body, and all the curiosity of watching on social media, made me reconsider. And I'm so glad I did. The needle experience was more than fine. In fact, I was so relaxed with them in, I almost wanted her to leave me on the table longer. And it's so fascinating to hear Breanne explain her methods.
