The company is amazing, friendly, and can answer any questions. The office staff is wonderful, informative, and always willing to work with clients. Technicians are professional, friendly, prompt, and courteous, coming early to appointments and going above and beyond to fix issues while identifying possible future problems. They are fast, efficient, and thorough, cleaning filters and ensuring everything works before leaving. The company is highly recommended for HVAC and plumbing, with prices level with the market and very affordable service. A veteran or servicemember owned business, they service all brands and provide both residential and commercial expertise.
My heat pump has had a mind of it own since early July... I contacted Mill Creek Mechanical for assistance on a very warm day. Rob and crew handled each stop quickly, until the situation was thoroughly resolved and we are extremely appreciative of the fabulous service they've provided us.

Absolutely amazing company! Kaitline and Katie in the office are so helpful. They really go above and beyond. Rory, the technician, was fast and efficient, quickly diagnosing the problem with my unit. Even though it's a kabillion degrees out, they were able to get to me quickly and got everything sorted out. HIGHLY recommended. Prices are level with the market while the people are worth so much more. Thank you guys!
