Unfortunately I had high hopes, though due to several miscommunications, a clear lack of interest and creating a false narrative of tax law, according to the IRS agent who reviewed my return, I paid for a tax return followed by another inaccurate amended return. To be fair the amended return was due to my error as a W-2 was not sent out yet by a previous employer. The issue with the amended return is that it contained the same inaccurate filing generated on the original as my income was not entered correctly which inflated my refund, relative to the amount that I received.
