We were very pleased with the service we received from American Air Heating and cooling. They were punctual and professional throughout the process of determining why our system broke down and in educating us on replacement options without high pressure sales pitches. They were able to replace the old system (remove and install the new) in a day. The work crew was also very timely and professional. They followed up a day later to make sure all our questions were answered.

Tim Hinger came out to assess situation for gas insert for our double-sided fireplace. He was really helpful to clarify options and determine best fit. The install went off without a hitch, other than we needed to order more stones for the base, and we love our new birch log set!
