I don't need any service or repair but wanted to share something with you and your company.
I wanted to let you know about a great experience I had with Michael last Thursday, September 18th. We were both working on a jobsite in West Seattle. I am a Project Manager with Nussbaum Group. My crew was running low on gas for the lawn mower and Michael offered up some from his can. What a lifesaver he was! Our shop is in Redmond so logistically not convenient. And we were really crunched for time, too.
Please know I really appreciated his kindness and friendly attitude. It was one of those mornings that nothing seemed to be going right. His helpfulness was a breath of fresh air for me that day.
Keep up the great work and hire more people like Michael!
