We contracted Automated Gates to fix rolling gates that was stuck open. Automated Gates was excellent in onboarding our company and get the work completed in a short amount of time. Our driveway gate and gate motors were installed by Automated Gates well over 13 years ago. When the motors finally experienced an issue, Automated Gates had a technician come out the next day to assess the problem. The motors had finally reached end of life, so Automated Gates scheduled the replacement the following week. Good communication throughout the process, the technicians arrived on time with the replacement motors and had them installed in two hours. They cleaned and oiled the driveway gates before leaving. Overall, a smooth transaction and hopefully another 13 years of smooth operations.
