“First off: Wonderfully relaxing, clean and welcoming.
This is an excellent health resource! It has been life changing to have access to the wellness therapies here. I have a chronic illness that leaves my whole body inflamed, spasmed, and in a lot of pain- and being able to access IR/Red light therapy, massage therapy, the vibration plate etc… at my convenience and *very* affordably has had a huge impact on my pain and my outlook.

I have done many of these therapies in PT clinics and in expensive Spas throughout the US, and I honestly was floored to find this level of quality so accessible. I highly recommend physically going in and having Jen or Jon (owners) walk you through. They are knowledgable, laid back, and genuinely invested in helping others discover the awesome wellness tools they themselves use.
I am really impressed by this small business in Spokane Valley and I urge anyone looking for wellness, relaxation, chronic pain mitigation- Check this place and the therapies offered out, it is 1000% worth the time.
