First off: Wonderfully relaxing, clean and welcoming.
This is an excellent health resource! It has been life changing to have access to the wellness therapies here. I have a chronic illness that leaves my whole body inflamed, spasmed, and in a lot of pain- and being able to access IR/Red light therapy, massage therapy, the vibration plate etc… at my convenience and *very* affordably has had a huge impact on my pain and my outlook.

What an amazing experience today. We had 14 women for a bridal party and everyone had a great time. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. What a warm and gracious couple. We will all deffinitely be back.
