I could not be more pleased with the quality of product and service I received from Vashon Floor Store! I had both carpet and hardwood flooring installed. I had originally gotten a bid from off-island, but wanted to support local business. Their pricing ended up being a bit better, but it was the warm attention to wanting to do things right that sold me. The owner, Frank, was with me every step, and each of the installers were skilled and trustworthy people. In fact, one of the installers brought me an envelope of cash he found in a closet. Just really good people doing great work. I hope everyone on the island chooses them first.

We are so happy with the services we received from Vashon Flooring. It was a big job, we replaced all the flooring throughout our new home on Vashon Island. Francisco was conscientious about pricing and helping us to find ways to save money. We were out of state during the entire process and were pleased with the level of communication. Francisco provided regular photo and video updates without us having to request them. The job was completed ahead of schedule and within budget. He also looked out for us more generally.
