Francisco is my go-to guy for a haircut and 30 minutes of calm. His chair is located so you look out a window to a garden and a bird feeder on a century old walnut tree. I just let let Francisco work his magic on my thinning head of hair. He's a lovely man who gives a top-notch haircut. He's popular so make an appointment as he's usually booked weeks out these days. The secret is out!

I grew up on Vashon, and would get my haircut at Francisco' s as a teenager. I just recently moved back to the island after being away for over 12 years and had my first appointment with him today after a very long gap. He is very friendly, and takes his time paying close attention to detail. Looking out at the busy birdfeeder in the field from the barber chair is much more refreshing than being in a stuffy salon. Very reasonably priced and highly recommended!

Francisco is a talented barber with an incredible attention to detail and styling. Sitting in the chair facing a grass field with a busy bird feeder is relaxing as you get caught up on the local happenings. He gave me a perfect cut that my wife remarked how good it was. Make sure you plan ahead and call for an appointment since he is often booked out for several days to a week. If you are planning a visit to Vashon, plan on a great haircut with Francisco.
