I would like to recognize Jennifer Stokes. I have been in there twice to update my resume and each time she has helped me. She is so helpful and kind I don’t have words to express how grateful I am for her assisting me in important times. I was really stressed because I didn’t know how to go about building my resume for this job I really wanted. But she guided me through. She’s a blessing to WorkSource and our community!

I called because I was having the same issues as so many other unemployed Washington residents... I CAN'T TALK TO ANYONE AT THE EMPLOYMENT SECURITY COMMISSION. There's a class action lawsuit about this and these people helped me to reach an actual human being to help me sort out the problems caused by someone fraudulently attempting to claim unemployment using my SSN during covid. You know, things that the employment security commission would be responsible for. Because I paid for this benefit with my own money and I pay the corrupt beaurocrats who decided this should be the way this works. Ugh!
