I never leave reviews, but I am so happy with the customer service at Waste connections and I wanted to acknowledge their team.Recently, I have had a handful of small things I had questions about or wanted to change with my service. EVERY TIME I have send a message, their team has responded quickly, kindly, and thoroughly. I appreciate how painless they have made the process : )Services: Yard debris removal

I had a question about my bill, so I called and left a message asking to clarify things (29 people were waiting ahead of me). The next evening at 5:15 a representative called me and was really condescending, kept trying to sell me on upgrading my service, and for some reason was upset I chose paperless billing. Sorry your boss made you stay after hours, but don't take that out on me. Should mention I've had no issues with the people who actually collect trash and recycling.Services: Hazardous waste removal & disposal
